About the role

• Fachinformatiker maintaining IT and infrastructure systems for customers on-site. Collaborating on projects and ensuring stability of IT solutions in a client-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• You operate and administer the existing IT and data center infrastructure of our clients — reliably, in a structured way and with a focus on stability.
• You take care of Windows server operating systems and Microsoft applications such as Exchange, SQL, file and print services, and much more.
• Whether expansions, upgrades or migrations — you actively contribute to projects.
• With a careful eye on our IT, you ensure that outages are prevented.
• You will also occasionally work with Microsoft 365 — variety guaranteed.

Requirements

• Trained as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent experience.
• Solid Microsoft knowledge (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Willingness to get involved with topics like storage, virtualization, backup, or networking — or already some prior knowledge in these areas.
• Enjoys tinkering, openness to new things, and a mindset that mistakes are opportunities to learn.
