Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of experience in enterprise learning, talent development, or leadership development within complex, fast-paced environments.
Proven success in designing and implementing innovative, technology-enabled learning strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
Strong understanding of future workforce trends, including digital transformation, AI adoption, and agile leadership.
Expertise in modern learning methodologies such as blended learning, experiential learning, and personalized learning journeys.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire diverse audiences and foster inclusion.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data and learning analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of building high-performing, collaborative teams.
