About the role
- Lead and inspire a team of AI developers across international locations and foster collaboration with leading experts and diverse stakeholders
- Align teams with strategic objectives
- Develop intelligent features within the team and ensure AI is integrated into real automotive and mobility products
- Bridge research and implementation by identifying promising AI technologies and enabling their scalable adoption; collaborate with internal and external partners to advance the AI transformation
- Product AI leadership: develop intelligent capabilities in areas such as autonomous driving, smart in-cabin experiences, and other next-generation mobility solutions
- Enterprise AI strategy: apply AI to increase efficiency across logistics and production processes and unlock new levels of operational excellence
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electronics or a related discipline with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI
- Proven experience leading AI teams and projects, ideally in both product development and enterprise transformation; leadership experience in research, pre-development, and development projects in AI and machine learning
- Experience applying AI to real automotive or mobility products as well as enterprise systems (e.g., supply chain optimization, predictive maintenance, intelligent automation)
- Experience working in international environments and collaborating across countries and cultures
- Language skills: English C1 and German B2; strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and align diverse stakeholders
