Responsibilities
- Responsible for defining the test strategy for products
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Coordinate and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Create and maintain logs to document testing phases and defects
- Responsible for the overall product Quality Assurance scope
- Prevent bugs and errors in collaboration with the development team
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Work closely with product owners to define user story acceptance criteria
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Test Manager and/or Quality Manager, QA Tester, or in a similar role
- Experience with QA methodologies
- Ability to document and troubleshoot defects
- Working knowledge of test management tools, notably Jira, Confluence, and xRay
- Experience creating manual tests from a user perspective
- Ability and willingness to work in a multicultural, interdisciplinary, balanced product team
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Experience with regression testing
- Experience with automation testing
- ISTQB (Foundation Level or higher) or TMap NEXT® Test Engineer (TMPTE or higher) certification
