About the role

  • Analyst overseeing compliance programs at GOL Linhas Aéreas in Brazil. Leading compliance initiatives, reporting, and team training for effective practices.

Responsibilities

  • Train and support business areas in decision-making, taking into account the Company's Compliance Program guidelines, applicable laws and industry regulations, and Ethics & Compliance best practices;
  • Act as a guardian of the Compliance program, contributing to the development and execution of the Integrity Program, including reviewing monitoring activities, conducting third-party due diligence in accordance with policies and procedures, developing and delivering training, and advising employees on new Compliance policies, procedures, processes and systems;
  • Act as an advisor to business areas, preparing recommendations that align with the Compliance Program guidelines;
  • Handle compliance matters across different areas and functions;
  • Build and maintain a network of relationships to promote the dissemination of Compliance knowledge and initiatives;
  • Identify risk areas and propose improvements to create processes that are better aligned with the company's needs;
  • Evaluate and analyze process risks based on strategic business analysis, applicable regulations and codes;
  • Propose strategic solutions and improvements and submit them to the area's Coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields (degree or graduation certificate);
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, focused on producing reports, dashboards and Compliance metrics;
  • Advanced English;
  • Proven experience in Compliance;
  • Experience managing and supporting a Compliance Program, with a focus on designing and delivering Compliance training and monitoring activities;
  • Strong ability to create executive presentations containing Compliance indicators for reporting to company management bodies;
  • Knowledge of Corporate Governance, frameworks and legal requirements for publicly traded companies;
  • Knowledge of Anti‑Corruption laws (Brazil Law 12.846/13, the U.S. FCPA and the UK Bribery Act);
  • Experience in implementing and managing integrity/compliance programs;
  • Familiarity with GRC tools (Governance, Risk & Compliance).
