Responsibilities
- Monitor PPP (Social Security Occupational Profile) requests on the Jira portal and forward them to the document preparers.
- Communicate workplace safety events according to internal communication guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies, standards and procedures across the organization by monitoring process adherence and performing effectiveness reviews.
- Manage AQD and its taxonomies, identifying precursors to workplace safety hazards for the organization.
- Develop, monitor and enhance the area’s reactive and proactive safety indicators through validation of dashboards and trend curves.
- Ensure the dissemination of occupational safety policies, standards and procedures across the organization by publishing them in GOLDOCS in accordance with the general documentation manual.
- Monitor and ensure the area’s overall budget cap in line with corporate targets by tracking results, producing forecasts and provisioning.
- Validate the safety training schedule and notify the respective instructors according to their competencies.
- Measure and monitor occupational safety performance in relation to operational safety.
- Plan the area’s safety communication campaigns by creating schedules and visual communications.
- Support the area coordinator in strategic decisions by creating and maintaining a SWOT monitoring for the area.
Requirements
- Higher education (studying or completed) in Occupational Safety;
- Experience in Occupational Safety;
- Registration with the MTE (Brazilian Ministry of Labor and Employment);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and regulations;
- Intermediate English.
