Responsibilities
- Support the development of strategies and the execution of risk mitigation action plans for clients
- Engage clients' internal teams in information security projects to increase security maturity
- Assist in defining processes/procedures that involve compliance requirements, primarily ISO 27001 and CIS Benchmark
- Develop KPIs, reports, status reports and security project deliverables
- Manage compliance of the technology environment with respect to vulnerability remediation, threats, and best-practice guidance
- Perform information security assessments and produce technical compliance reports
- Support technical analyses and incident investigations
- Lead client workstreams, executing planned activities
Requirements
- Experience implementing security projects and controls
- Knowledge of security standards and best-practice frameworks (ISO 27001, CIS, SANS, OWASP)
- Experience with security services and tools such as firewalls, VPNs, AV/EDR, SIEM, encryption, vulnerability management and password vaults
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- Knowledge of network protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Intermediate to advanced English
