About the role
- Finance & Controlling Manager ensuring compliance and transparency in financial processes for fleet management. Managing treuhand accounts and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Management, maintenance and oversight of client trust accounts
- Review and execution of fiduciary deposits and disbursements in accordance with contractual requirements
- Complete documentation of all client trust transactions and preparation of account overviews and supporting records
- Regular account reconciliations and reporting for management, clients and auditors/oversight bodies
- Execution and monitoring of system payment runs, including file import, validation and approval
- Investigation of returned payments, error messages and reconciliations between payment runs and trust accounts
- Support for general payment processing and adherence to internal compliance and control procedures
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting
- Experience with trust accounts, payment processing or financial operations — ideally in a regulated environment
- Proficiency with accounting or payment systems (SFirm and Diamant a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility and a solid understanding of compliance and segregation of funds
- Enjoy structuring processes, eliminating sources of error and creating transparency
- Solution-oriented working style, pragmatic approach and team spirit
