About the role
- Manager for testing and commissioning in maritime technology at Actemium SAM Electronics in Elmenhorst. Ensuring product quality and optimizing commissioning processes with customer collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest product quality in the test field and during commissioning at the customer site
- Improve quality as the interface between production, engineering and site operations
- Lead, manage and optimize the test field and commissioning with respect to processes, interfaces, tasks and technologies
- Promote collaboration with adjacent departments and project organizations
- Define and design interfaces
- Work in the test field (e.g., handover to customers, quality inspections)
- Personnel management and development
- Continuous capacity optimization of the department
- Reporting and controlling
Requirements
- Completed vocational qualification as an engineer, technician, master craftsman or skilled worker (or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in test field and/or commissioning with customer contact
- Very good German language skills (minimum C2 level)
- Basic knowledge of English
- Solid technical knowledge of switchgear and power distribution systems
- Leadership skills
- Ability to independently organize all work processes
- Careful and precise working style
- Team-oriented
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
