Responsibilities
- Support of the existing IT infrastructure with a focus on Modern Workplace Management
- Central point of contact for 15,000 employees in the DACH region
- Administration and development of the deployed workplace management solutions (Microsoft Intune, SCCM)
- Contributing ideas and shaping exciting workplace projects
- Documenting processes and developing best practices to improve the workplace landscape
- International collaboration with the teams of VINCI Energies Systems d'information (VESI) in Paris
Requirements
- Completed technical degree or equivalent vocational training
- At least 5 years of experience implementing workplace projects (Intune/SCCM) and automating IT processes
- Structured and audience-oriented communication of technical content
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations and reports
- Independent, structured working style with the ability to engage and motivate internal teams
- Willingness to travel for occasional business trips (approx. once per quarter)
- Very good command of German and good command of English
