About the role

Responsibilities
- Advise and support public sector clients in the introduction and further development of the LuGM module suite.
- Independently manage a dedicated set of clients — from implementation to optimization.
- Analyze existing processes and develop tailored solution concepts for municipal property and facility management.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions and presentations for end users and project stakeholders.
- Support integration of the solution into financial systems or deployment as a standalone system.
- Work closely with development and support teams to continuously improve LuGM.
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Public Management, Public Administration IT (Verwaltungsinformatik), Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience with CAFM systems or municipal administrative processes, ideally with Axians Infoma.
- Enjoyment of consulting, client interaction and collaborative problem solving.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies, digitalization and process management.
- Initial project experience or further development experience in this area.
- Structured, reliable working style and enjoyment of a dynamic environment.
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
