About the role
- IT Consultant responsible for optimizing ERP systems in waste management. Collaborating with clients to enhance waste and disposal processes through digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive the digitalization of municipal and commercial waste and disposal services together with your project team
- Analyze and optimize processes related to our ERP system and adjacent specialist departments
- Provide process and organizational consulting in close cooperation with our clients and partners
- Train users following software implementation
- Receive comprehensive, hands-on onboarding with a mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in‑house training and conferences
- Work in a collaborative team environment with an autonomous area of responsibility
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or Business/Economics, or vocational training in a business-related field
- Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
- Experience in project management (ideally through internships or working-student positions)
- Interest in continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Independent working style, high intrinsic motivation and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
