About the role
- Consultant driving digitalization in Public Sector with CAFM solution LuGM. Supporting clients from implementation to optimization with a focus on public administration modernization.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support our public sector clients in the implementation and further development of our LuGM module suite
- Work independently and take full responsibility for a dedicated set of clients — from implementation to optimization
- Analyze existing processes and develop tailored solution concepts for municipal property and facility management
- Conduct workshops, training sessions and presentations for end users and project stakeholders
- Support integration of our solution with financial systems or its deployment as a standalone system
- Work closely with our development and support teams to continuously improve LuGM
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Public Management, Administrative IT, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Experience with CAFM systems or municipal administrative processes, ideally with Axians Infoma
- Enjoy working in consulting, client-facing environments, and collaborative problem-solving
- Enthusiasm for new technologies, digitalization and process management
- Some project experience or a willingness to develop professionally in this area
- Structured, reliable working style and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Willingness to travel regionally
