About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead implementations of fiscal, accounting and fixed-assets modules in ERP systems;
- Gather process requirements and routines from clients;
- Configure the system according to current legislation and applicable tax rules;
- Execute tests, validations and approvals of tax routines;
- Conduct functional training for end users (remote and/or on-site);
- Support clients in interpreting tax legislation as applied within the system;
- Advise on best practices, operational workflows and tax processes;
- Act consultatively to resolve incidents and tax-related questions;
- Document processes, configurations and guidance when necessary;
- Collaborate with internal teams (support, product and projects).
Requirements
- Solid experience in tax routines, including:
- Tax calculation and reporting for taxes such as ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, among others;
- Experience with tax reporting and obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, DCTF, GIA, etc.);
- Experience with ERP systems in contexts of:
- Implementation;
- Functional consulting;
- Specialized support;
- Experience delivering user training or working in a consultative capacity;
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously;
- Consultative and analytical profile;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Teaching and facilitation skills for conducting trainings;
- Organization and deadline management;
- Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility.
