About the role
- Senior Software Developer at innovative GovTech startup delivering cloud solutions for public administration. Collaborating on product features with strong focus on end-to-end development in hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End-Umsetzung von Features für unsere Produkte auf Basis von Vue3, Nest.js und MongoDB
- Eigenständige Konzeption und Umsetzung von Produktteilen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden aus der öffentlichen Verwaltung
- Erstellung von Anforderungsprofilen zur Konzeption von Architektur und Datenmodellen für die optimale Abbildung der fachlichen Anforderungen
- Erstellung von MVPs und Prototypen für Kundenpräsentationen
- Erarbeitung, Dokumentation und Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Standards für unsere wachsende Codebase
- Übernahme der technischen Verantwortung für einen Teilbereich unseres Produktportfolios sowie aktive Einbringung eigener Impulse bei der Weiterentwicklung
Requirements
- Du bist ein Product-minded Full-Stack Engineer, der in der Lage ist, Features End-to-End umzusetzen
- Du bist bereit echte Verantwortung für deine Arbeitsergebnisse zu übernehmen: You build it, you ship it, you own it!
- Sehr gute Kommunikations-und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Vue3, Erfahrung mit MongoDB und Nest.js
- Ein Plus sind Kenntnisse in: Figma, Software-Testing, Softwarearchitektur, GithubActions, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker oder Prozessen der öffentlichen Verwaltung
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
- Du hast eine hohe intrinsische Motivation zur Digitalisierung der öffentlichen Verwaltung beizutragen
- Du verfügst über einen einschlägigen Studien-oder Ausbildungsabschluss mit hoher Qualifikation oder mehrjähriger Arbeitserfahrung. Grundsätzlich akzeptieren wir auch Bewerbungen von Quereinsteiger:innen, sofern diese eine hohe intrinsische Motivation und mehjährige Arbeitserfahrung als Softwareentwickler:innen nachweisen können.
