Responsibilities
Develop high quality, visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau, focused on commercial insurance data and market insights.
Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand customer requirements, gather feedback, and ensure dashboards meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to understand the backend data architecture, data sources, transformations, and business logic.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract and prepare data for reporting and analytics use cases.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and BI assets.
Translate complex datasets into easy to understand visual stories and offer analytical insights to internal and external users.
Contribute to documentation, data dictionaries, and best practices for dashboard development and data governance.
Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in BI, analytics, data analysis, or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard design, data blending, and performance optimization.
Solid understanding of relational data models and experience working with SQL relational databases, including writing moderately complex queries.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly customer-facing or client success groups.

Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse platforms.
Knowledge of Python for data transformation or automation.
