About the role

• Apprenticeship supporting the Group Risk Manager in risk, crisis and business continuity management. Gain hands-on experience across risk mapping, action plan follow-up, crisis planning and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Group Control Directorate within the Risk Management team, the Risk Management Officer's main mission is to support the Group Risk Manager in facilitating risk management, crisis management and business continuity activities.
• Assigned tasks are varied and depend on the Group's current priorities and the Risk Manager's roadmap. They may cover the following areas:
• Risk management
• Support stakeholders across the Group's departments in updating their risk maps (around 38 risk maps)
• Monitor the proper implementation of action plans to mitigate major and critical risks
• Maintain the dashboard tracking risk and control indicators
• Contribute to the preparation of materials for risk committees (approximately 8 committees per year)
• Prepare risk management awareness newsletters for teams
• Crisis management
• Participate in the deployment and facilitation of the Group's crisis management plan
• Draft, in collaboration with internal experts, quick-reference guides (response cards) covering incidents that could escalate into a crisis
• Take part in preparing and organizing the annual crisis exercise
• Participate in developing and drafting the Group's business continuity plan

Requirements

• Higher education from a business school or a specialized master’s degree with a focus on risk and crisis management or audit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a clear and pedagogical manner.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize collected information.
• Rigour, strong organisational skills and good priority management.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Commitment to ethical principles and confidentiality.
• Good level of English required (written and spoken) and solid command of office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
