About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the reference for your product scope: define the tagging plan and validate data quality
- Improve tracking processes and conduct data quality audits
- Monitor A/B test performance: define KPIs with the business and analyze results
- Track product performance by creating and updating dashboards
- Perform ad-hoc analyses related to business issues and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Support and train teams in using our product analytics tool
- Help promote a data-driven mindset across the company
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with tracking implementation
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Analytical, organized, and highly detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
