About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to operational teams
- Transform complex data into actionable insights and high-quality visualizations
- Ensure data-driven management of Veepee Operations
- Partner with business teams to challenge and define relevant KPIs
- Translate business needs into detailed data requirements for the Data teams
- Own user acceptance testing (UAT) for new data models
- Design and build user-friendly, high-impact dashboards for Strategy
- Promote BI tool adoption by leading training sessions and providing ongoing support
- Deliver complex analyses on metric trends, correlations, and impacts
- Create, produce, maintain, and distribute recurring reports required by stakeholders
Requirements
- Advanced skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
- Strong data management skills; ability to define business requirements and execute rigorous UAT
- Excellent storytelling, active listening, and project management skills; ability to simplify complex topics
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong autonomy, prioritization skills, and customer focus
- Fluent English is required
- Experience with MicroStrategy is a plus
- Spanish is a plus
