Assist in insurance management tasks at Veepee, a leader in online event sales since 2001. Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient insurance processes and server relationships.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Insurance Manager within the General Secretariat, the work-study trainee will support them in all tasks contributing to the development and optimization of the group-wide insurance framework.
You will interact with all Group divisions and work closely with all stakeholders (branch managers, technical managers, legal advisors, brokers, loss adjusters, lawyers, etc.).
Perform any administrative tasks related to the management of insurance contracts, in particular issuing and settling insurance premiums, issuing certificates (group, by subsidiary or by site), drafting contract endorsements, etc.
Assist in managing claims across the different lines of business, particularly Transport, Liability, Property Damage, and Motor, and coordinate the actions of internal participants according to requests from adjusters, brokers or insurers (case management, tracking and updating files, subrogation against third parties, updating reporting…).
Follow claims through to insurer recoveries/payments to be received or received, in coordination with accounting and the group’s subsidiaries.
Provide operational teams with informed advice on contractual or legal matters related to liabilities and insurance.
Contribute to drafting and implementing internal procedures.
Requirements
Master's student (M1 or M2) in Insurance (Insurance Management, Risk and Insurance Management, Insurance Law)
Good knowledge of corporate insurance (multi-risk/property & casualty, liability, facultative covers, motor fleet, etc.)
Strong proficiency with IT tools such as MS Office and collaborative tools (Google Drive)
Proficiency in English
Proactive, autonomous, intellectually curious, with strong interpersonal and listening skills
Good written communication skills
Rigor and organization in managing day-to-day internal matters and relationships with service providers (brokers, insurers, loss adjusters)
