Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of complex systems, enabling you to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Expert knowledge of React, Next.js (or similar frameworks), and TypeScript, with full-stack experience including CI/CD, design systems (Tailwind), and Node.js.
- Proficient with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright to ensure high-quality, reliable code.
- Experience working with AI coding assistants and setting up MCPs, agents, and skills to enhance development workflows.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills, able to evangelize technical initiatives and onboard developers to new updates and best practices.
- A proactive and dynamic person, motivated to grow within the tech team.
