Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced analyses by applying analytical and statistical techniques to derive insights and support decision-making (e.g., exploratory analysis, correlation studies, clustering, scoring, and predictive models)
- Build and automate data pipelines to enable faster and more efficient analysis
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the business
- Define, monitor, and analyze A/B tests in close collaboration with business stakeholders
- Communicate results to stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
- Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Interest in technologies such as DBT and AI
- Solid knowledge of statistics and analytical modeling
- Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation
- Bonus: experience with Python or, more broadly, programming
