Responsibilities
Diseñar y estructurar aulas virtuales en el LMS institucional, asegurando coherencia pedagógica, usabilidad y alineación entre competencias, actividades y evaluaciones.
Diseñar, adaptar y validar materiales instruccionales, garantizando rigor académico, claridad conceptual y el uso de metodologías activas y experienciales.
Articular el diseño instruccional con el enfoque por competencias, la evaluación formativa y las metodologías propias de la Escuela de Posgrado, adecuándose a modalidades virtuales y semipresenciales.
Coordinar con docentes, coordinadores académicos y equipos de marketing y comunicaciones para asegurar coherencia académica, metodológica y alineación con la identidad visual institucional.
Aplicar estándares y lineamientos institucionales de diseño instruccional, promoviendo la mejora continua y la sistematización de buenas prácticas en la Escuela de Posgrado.
Requirements
Licenciatura en Educación, Psicología, Comunicación o afines.
Maestría en Educación, Diseño Instruccional, Gestión Educativa o afines.
Experiencia mínimo 2 años en diseño instruccional o educación virtual de nivel superior.
Participación en proyectos de diseño instruccional.
