About the role

  • Video Editor creating performance video ads for social media, working closely with Creative Strategists. Emphasizing sales-driven creatives for ambitious D2C brands.

Responsibilities

  • Editing & post-production of performance video ads (UGC, founder videos, voiceovers, B-roll)
  • Executing creative briefings (hooks, angles, CTAs, pacing)
  • Adapting & iterating existing creatives (testing, variants, scaling)
  • Adding text overlays, subtitles, and pattern interrupts
  • Close collaboration with creative strategists and graphic design
  • Organized archiving and handover of creatives according to internal standards

Requirements

  • Experience editing videos for social media and ads
  • Proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Understanding of performance ads (hooks, retention, scroll-stoppers)
  • Strong sense of pacing, narrative flow, and visual clarity
  • Ability to implement feedback quickly
  • Independent, structured working style
  • Nice to have (not required): experience with UGC ads
  • Understanding of Meta ads / e-commerce
  • Motion basics (text overlays, simple animations)
