About the role

  • Video Editor creating performance ads for social media at Uplift Marketing. Collaborating closely with the creative team to produce compelling video content that drives sales.

Responsibilities

  • Editing and post-production of performance video ads (UGC, founder footage, voiceover, B-roll)
  • Implementation of creative briefings (hooks, angles, CTAs, pacing)
  • Adapting and iterating existing creatives (testing, variants, scaling)
  • Adding text overlays, subtitles, and pattern interrupts
  • Close collaboration with creative strategists and graphic design
  • Neat organization and handover of creatives according to internal standards

Requirements

  • Experience editing video for social media/ads
  • Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Understanding of performance ads (hook, retention, scroll-stopper)
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual clarity
  • Ability to implement feedback quickly
  • Independent, structured working style
  • Nice to have (not required): experience with UGC ads
  • Understanding of Meta ads / e-commerce
  • Motion basics (text overlays, simple animations)
