About the role

Requirements
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred but not mandatory)
- Confident handling of REST APIs and SQL
- Understanding of modern software development rather than “just processing tickets”
- Enjoy direct collaboration with Product Owners, PMs and business stakeholders
- Openness to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, code analysis, AI-assisted pair programming)
- Enthusiasm for pragmatic solutions and refactoring in established systems
- German language skills at C1 level
