About the role

  • Managing clinical services in mental health for student population needs. Leading innovative clinical leadership and consultation, while ensuring adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provides innovative leadership and vision to collaboratively develop and manage clinical services to address the mental health needs of the student population.
  • Provides clinical consultation to UHS Mental Health and Medical providers, as well as campus and community partners.
  • Monitors service delivery flow, providing timely reports related to utilization, services provided, and other variables to align with the mission of MHS and UHS.
  • Ensures that staff maintain accurate and timely documentation for all clinical interactions and consultations.
  • Evaluates and modifies MHS policies and procedures to align with field standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated leadership experience in a mental health setting
  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT or PSY licensure in the State of Wisconsin by start date
