**Role Purpose **
The Global Costing & Net Profitability Finance Manager is a key strategic finance position for Unilabs.
The role is designed to provide **full transparency over end-to-end operational costs **at the right level of granularity and to **build the foundations of Unilabs’ global costing and net profitability framework**, leveraging data, analytics, and Business Intelligence (BI).
This position plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making, improving margin visibility, and supporting sustainable value creation across the Group.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Costing & Profitability Framework **
Design, develop, and continuously improve Unilabs’ **global costing and net profitability models **across the end-to-end value chain
Ensure cost allocation methodologies are robust, consistent, and aligned with business realities
Define the appropriate level of granularity to support operational, commercial, and strategic decisions
**Operational Cost Transparency **
Provide clear visibility into **operational cost drivers** across regions, businesses, and services
Partner with operations, procurement, and commercial teams to understand cost structures and performance levers
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement
**Data, BI & Analytics Enablement **
Build and own the **data foundations** for costing and net profitability analysis
Work closely with BI and IT teams to develop scalable, automated dashboards and reporting tools
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across sources
**Governance & Standardization**
Define and promote global standards, methodologies, and best practices for costing and profitability analysis
Support rollout and adoption across countries and business units
Ensure alignment with Group Finance policies and controls
**Management, Business Partnering & Decision Support **
Manage a Global Costing Controller
Act as a **strategic finance partner **to Group and local leadership teams
Deliver actionable insights to support pricing, investment decisions, and performance management
Translate complex financial data into clear, business-oriented insights

Requirements
**Experience & Qualifications **
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA and/or professional finance qualification is a plus)
**Approximately 10 years or more of relevant professional experience**, preferably in a complex, international environment
**Fluent in English **
Experience in costing, **revenue growth management and net profit management** is a strong plus
Exposure to healthcare, medical diagnostics, or other operationally complex environments is a plus

Strong understanding of end-to-end value chains and cost drivers
