Responsibilities
- Support leadership in defining and detailing tasks for software development projects.
- Actively contribute to the architecture and design of moderately complex systems.
- Develop and maintain more complex features in internal applications.
- Participate in all stages of development projects, from conception to delivery.
- Identify and propose technical solutions aligned with project goals.
- Resolve complex technical issues in specific systems.
- Promote clear and effective communication between the development team and internal stakeholders.
- Encourage and support the use of software engineering best practices, such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and code review.
- Continuously learn and apply good programming and software design practices.
- Support and mentor junior developers in their daily activities.

Requirements
