About the role

Responsibilities
- You will join a strategic team responsible for access management and authentication for a major national organization
- Manage incoming requests and coordinate with clients
- Analyze and process requests for subscriptions, modifications, or terminations
- Organize and lead scoping meetings with internal clients
- Monitor integrations with authentication systems (AD, AAD)
- Manage permissions and escalate to technical teams when necessary
- Operational follow-up and reporting
- Maintain and update the client database and internal contacts
- Regular reporting via Power BI and other internal tools
- Incident management, KPI tracking, and flash reports
- Participate in user satisfaction surveys
- Continuous improvement and documentation
- Create and update processes related to subscriptions and permissions
- Write and update internal documentation and client-facing materials
- Contribute to the development of tools and procedures (SharePoint, ServiceNow, Docusaurus)
- Communicate service updates and improvement recommendations
Requirements
- Significant experience in Business Analysis / IT project coordination
- Good knowledge of identity and access management solutions
- Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to anticipate
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Power Automate preferred
- Ability to simplify and adapt communication according to the technical level of stakeholders
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and basic ITIL concepts is a plus
