About the role

• Senior Risk Product Manager driving credit risk product innovation at Uncapped. Collaborating with data scientists and engineers for credit capabilities across customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as the connector between Data Scientists, Credit Risk Managers and Engineers to turn complex data into production-ready features.
• Architect and co-own the risk product vision, prioritize high-impact features and manage the roadmap.
• Identify and integrate new data sources (e.g., banking APIs, marketing spend data, e-commerce platform insights) to improve credit decisioning accuracy.
• Lead the strategy and roadmap for Uncapped’s risk engine that includes a decision engine for automated decisions and underwriting tooling for manual decisions, ensuring we can process applications in seconds and hours rather than weeks.
• Build products and dashboards that monitor the health of the portfolio in real-time and automate early-warning signals for potential defaults.
• Balance the need for deep due diligence with a world-class user experience, ensuring that "Risk" doesn't become a bottleneck for "Growth."

Requirements

• We are looking for someone with 5+ years in Product Management, specifically within Fintech, Lending, or Credit Risk ideally in B2B platforms.
• Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of how lending businesses make money and how risk impacts the bottom line.
• Technical Literacy: Comfort with SQL and data models. You don't need to write the code, but you must understand how risk models and APIs work.
• Product Management: You should have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and a proven track record of self-service/automation cross-border projects.
• Experience in a fast-paced, "0-to-1" startup environment where you are expected to be hands-on and strategic simultaneously.
