About the role
- Senior QA Automation Engineer responsible for developing testing strategies and automation for business functionalities. Requires strong skills in Python, DB queries, and Agile methodologies with focus on UI and API testing.
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of strong expertise in Test requirement understanding, test data, test plan & test case designing. Develop detailed test cases and test data to ensure business functionality is thoroughly tested - Automation & Manual.
- Any experience with AWS/Cloud hosted applications is an added advantage.
- Strong Experience in writing DB queries (preferably in postgres/ Snowflake/ MySQL/ RDS)
- 3+ years of test automation – UI and API testing – Creating, execution and maintenance of automated test cases with Playwright, with programming experience in Python (MUST)
- Experienced working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban
- Key competencies required: Problem-Solving, Analytical, Collaboration, and Accountability.
- Strong communication skills & stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Devops concepts with Git, Jenkins (MUST)
- Working experience in JMeter (MUST)
- Good to have experience in ETL and BI Reports
