About the role
- Cybersecurity Senior Manager responsible for managing information security risks across Truist's hubs located in Charlotte, Atlanta, Raleigh, or Richmond. Leading mitigation activities and promoting partnerships to ensure adherence to risk metrics.
Responsibilities
- Identify, track, resolve, and report information security and cyber risks
- Ensure actions are taken to maintain risk and issue management metrics
- Build strong partnerships to ensure timely remediation of issues
- Prepare executive materials for senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement by utilizing frameworks/methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in systems engineering or administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge in applied enterprise information security technologies
- Previous experience in leading complex IT projects
- Master’s degree or MBA and ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience (preferred)
- CISSP, CRISC, CISM and/or CISA Certification (preferred)
- Banking or financial services experience (preferred)
- Broad knowledge of Information Security frameworks and cyber controls (preferred)
