- Head of AI Enablement responsible for deploying AI solutions in Consumer and Small Business Banking. Collaborating with executives and teams to translate business needs into AI applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade AI and GenAI solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI applications
- Lead development of LLM-based systems
- Guide engineering teams in model development
- Build reusable frameworks, APIs, and components
- Partner with TD&O Divisional Leaders
- Foster a builder culture rooted in experimentation and responsible innovation
- Establish and enforce AI engineering standards
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining AI or GenAI systems in production
- 10+ years leading product, platform, or applied AI engineering teams
- Deep understanding of modern AI infrastructure
- Ability to engage directly with business leaders
- Demonstrated knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks
- Ability to earn trust across senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience
