- Take primary ownership of developing robust, diverse pipelines of potential candidates through deep-sourcing and research.
- Serve as the main source of truth for your practice's data within our database, Thrive TRM, ensuring all information is accurate, current, and well-organized.
- Proactively track executive moves, industry news, and funding announcements to identify and add new, high-quality candidates to our network.
- Collaborate with Associates and Partners by providing critical research and data-driven insights to inform search strategy and client conversations.
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge management resources for your assigned practice areas.
