About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure .NET and Power Platform solutions
- Lead the development of a Canvas App for an internal project tracking application
- Build Power Automate workflows supporting automation and process optimization
- Develop a front‑end customer relationship management (CRM) portal with Active Directory and multiple data integrations
- Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with SQL Server databases and SharePoint document libraries
- Serve as a technical mentor and guide for developers, promoting best practices and coding standards
- Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Partner with technical leadership to refine architecture, improve applications, and define reusable frameworks
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in .NET development, software engineering, or enterprise application development
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with PowerApps (Canvas and/or Model‑Driven)
- 3+ years of experience building Power Automate workflows
- Experience with .NET, Java, C#, or similar programming languages used to complement Power Platform solutions
- Experience building applications that integrate with SQL Server and external data sources via Premium Connectors
- Strong background designing scalable application components, custom controls, and integrated systems
- Experience leading long-term Power Platform engagements (6+ months)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and business partners
