Responsibilities
Administer Active Directory: create, modify, and delete accounts, groups, GPOs, OUs, and permissions.
Maintain access to the legacy Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring access to SharePoint and OneDrive.
Provide detailed technical support for Apple devices: security configurations, FileVault, permissions, profiles, and network integration.
Deploy and operate EDR/antivirus solutions: policies, remediation, and reporting.
Manage FortiGate and Aruba switches: VLANs, NAT, SD-WAN, VPNs, and compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate IT infrastructure, Level 2 technical support, and deployment/administration of hybrid environments.
Strong experience in mixed environments (Windows + macOS).
Endpoint security management: ESET Endpoint Security for Windows and solutions such as ESET, Jamf Protect, Mosyle, or equivalents for macOS.
Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management): familiarity with tools such as Jamf, Mosyle, Intune, Kandji.
