About the role
- Controller/Buchhalter role in Munich at TriFinance, supporting clients in finance operations. Involves project work and expertise development in accounting and controlling.
Responsibilities
- Du unterstützt unsere Kunden im operativen Tagesgeschäft bei Themenstellungen wie der Budgetplanung, Soll/ Ist- Vergleichen und Ad-hoc Analysen oder der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und internationalen Standards (z.B. IFRS, US-GAAP)
- du baust dir so sukzessive deine Expertise in allen Finanzbereichen auf.
- Darüber hinaus arbeitest du auch konzeptionell an Projekten wie bspw.: Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Management-Reports (bspw. mit Analytics Tools)
- Design und Implementierung neuer Prozessstrukturen in Haupt- und Nebenbuchprozessen sowie in klassischen Controllingprozessen (Budget, Planung, Reporting)
- Umsetzung von neuen Rechnungslegungsstandards (z.B. IFRS 16) und Erstellung neuer Accounting Guidelines
Requirements
- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen und Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mind. 2-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder im Controlling
- Sicherer Umgang eines gängigen ERP-Systems (z.B. SAP oder Datev) und gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Du bringst die im Beratungsumfeld nötige Reisebereitschaft mit
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Spaß an eigenständiger Projektarbeit
