Responsibilities

• Planning, design and supervision of projects.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of specialists.
• Developing solutions for the sustainable management of water resources.
• Managing sewer network projects — from new construction to sustainable maintenance measures.
• Preparing flooding assessments for external areas of residential and commercial developments.
• Ensuring protection measures and climate adaptation.
• Participating in project implementation by preparing tender documents.
• Using specialized software such as Vestra: Kanal, Tandler: Kanal++, STORM and BricsCAD.

Requirements

• Successfully completed engineering degree, ideally in civil engineering with a focus on urban/municipal water management.
• Alternatively: a degree in process engineering, environmental protection or a comparable field.
• Initial professional experience in a similar role; ideally some experience in construction site management/supervision.
• Knowledge of relevant standards such as DIN, DVGW, DWA and VOB.
• Ideally experienced with specialist software such as AutoCAD/BricsCAD, STORM or AVA (tendering/costing) programs.
• You are used to working independently while valuing teamwork.
• You are open, motivated and customer-oriented.
• Business-fluent German in spoken and written form (minimum C1 level).
