Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise reinsurance contracts, endorsements, and other related documents for clients and markets
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices
Collaborate with broker teams to identify, address, and resolve contract-related issues
Support brokers in negotiating contract language
Oversee the organization and upkeep of contractual resources
Establish and maintain documented guidelines, processes, and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
2 - 5 years of experience in contract management within reinsurance, insurance, or legal fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with reinsurance accounting systems and software are beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are crucial, as is a high level of attention to detail.
