About the role
- Reinsurance Contract Associate responsible for drafting and reviewing reinsurance agreements. Collaborating with brokers, clients, and internal teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise reinsurance contracts, endorsements, and other related documents for clients and markets
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices

- Support brokers in negotiating contract language
- Oversee the organization and upkeep of contractual resources
- Establish and maintain documented guidelines, processes, and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience in contract management within reinsurance, insurance, or legal fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with reinsurance accounting systems and software are beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are crucial, as is a high level of attention to detail.
