Responsibilities
Driving transformation initiatives that align with the future service delivery model
Leading the development and deployment of advanced analytics platforms and workforce reporting capabilities
Overseeing change management strategies to support technology adoption and process integration
Managing inter-divisional partnerships, and contributing to policy and program development
Championing continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in workforce analytics and reporting
Requirements
Degree in Business or Public Administration (or equivalent experience and education)
Extensive experience leading business transformation in large, complex organizations; HR transformation experience preferred
Expertise in business process reengineering, data reporting, analytics strategies, and systems integration
Experience with people analytics and HCM solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft) and intelligent business tools
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in dynamic environments
Strong relationship-building skills with employees, unions, senior management, client divisions, and external stakeholders
