- Create reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI to monitor results;
- Train users and prepare support materials (manuals, tutorials, FAQs).
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Zoho CRM (configuration, support and automation);
- Knowledge of Excel and Power BI;
- Familiarity with the sales funnel and commercial KPIs;
- Good communication and ability to collaborate with the sales team.
