- Design, validate and deploy technical solutions to maintain, enhance, and evolve the T-Mobile Network and Systems
- Evaluate and translate requirements into design
- Validate design compliance
- Support deployment of designs
- Develop tools for technology evolution, capacity management, and performance optimization
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations
- Lead teams and deliver complex network designs
- Monitor and influence relevant industry technologies and standards
- Conduct tests and inspections
- Create and modify clear documentation on existing and new systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering/Computer Science
- 7-10 years of technical engineering experience
