Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to clients, tailoring your approach to each individual's unique needs.
- Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate and optimize care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative, personalized treatment experiences, leveraging cutting-edge technology and novel therapies.
- Actively participate in the cultivation of Tides' culture, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assist in developing best practices to improve the client-therapist relationship and overall client experience.
- Assist in ad-hoc marketing related efforts in order to boost a diverse and strong client base.
- Report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer, contributing to Tides' strategic growth and vision.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois
- Graduated from a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field from an accredited program
- Demonstrated proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commitment to Tides' mission and core values
