Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification (MBA preferred)
- Previous finance FP&A experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years’ experience)
- 5+ years of management responsibility
- Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong systems and data analytic capabilities including Oracle, Power BI /Tableau, SQL, SFDC
- In-depth knowledge of accounting/financial principles and best practices with sophisticated analytical and quantitative skills
- Proven business acumen with the ability to understand complex organizational structures and environments
