- Senior Business Analyst leading business transformations and optimizing processes for OnSet, a tech solutions provider. Role involves strategic analysis and collaboration with tech teams to enhance performance.
Responsibilities
- Strategic data analysis to identify trends and business opportunities;
- Elicitation, analysis and specification of complex requirements, documenting functional and technical needs;
- Defining scope and leading projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities;
- Proposing innovative solutions, including cost-benefit analyses and return on investment (ROI) assessments;
- Documenting processes and solutions according to industry standards (BPMN, UML);
- Creating, monitoring and analyzing dashboards and metrics;
- Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating strategic demands into technical requirements and facilitating cross-team collaboration;
- Managing stakeholders at different levels of the organization, including delivering executive presentations;
- Tracking KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives;
- Leading and actively participating in digital transformation initiatives, identifying automation and innovation opportunities aligned with the company’s global strategy.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
- Proven experience in business analysis.
- Data analysis and Business Intelligence: Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
- Advanced SQL and practical knowledge of databases (relational and non-relational).
- APIs and system integration: Understanding of concepts and hands-on experience with integrations.
- Prototyping tools: Experience with Figma, Adobe XD or similar.
- Documentation: Experience using tools such as Confluence, Jira.
- Process modeling: Knowledge and application of BPMN (BizAgi), UML.
- Agile methodologies: Strong experience with SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, Lean.
- Project management tools: Jira, Asana, Monday.com or equivalents.
- Advanced analytical thinking.
- Creation and analysis of business metrics (KPIs).
- Basic financial management: ROI, scenario analysis, benchmarking.
- Advanced English (required).
