About the role

• Product Designer at TheodoApps working with clients to enhance product vision and user experience. Collaborating closely with PM and lead Tech for successful product design.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of client needs: Lead strategic and complex conversations with your client and translate their challenges into design opportunities.
• Trusted partner: Provide recommendations grounded in a solid understanding of Product Design and guide your client through the design process to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• User-centered design: Lead and conduct field studies, trend analyses, and develop personas and user journeys to create products that truly meet user expectations.
• Design innovation and solutions: Develop innovative solutions and build functional prototypes to test and refine approaches before production. Ensure consistency of these solutions across all user touchpoints.
• Continuous improvement: We have established standards and methods, but every designer brings their own touch. Your ideas are welcome to evolve our practices and help us stay at the forefront of design.
• Professional development: We support your growth! You will have opportunities to contribute to new service offerings, participate in pitches, and work on internal projects to broaden your experience and role within the team.

Requirements

• You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top design or business school.
• You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on UX.
• You have held a similar role in an agency or IT services company (ESN) with direct client contact. You can present and defend your ideas to clients.
• You are proficient in Figma and familiar with the main design tools.
• You are highly curious and constantly seeking new ideas within a continuous test & learn approach.
