Responsibilities
Your goal will be to create AI solutions that deliver value to clients, from technical design to production monitoring.
You will work on traditional AI projects (object detection, sales forecasting, ...) and/or generative AI (RAG, agents, ...).
You will be responsible for delivering the highest-quality product on time, helping your team progress, and driving continuous improvement.
Your projects will span various industries (healthcare, fintech, retail, public sector, ...).
You will work in a team typically made up of an Engineering Manager (to challenge and support you), 1 to 3 AI engineers, and a Product Manager.
You will be able to contribute to the development of our technical positions internally (e.g., training, taking initiative, ...) and externally (conferences, articles, client discussions, ...).
You will grow personally and help the company grow by being active and proposing new initiatives within the tech community: guilds, training, etc.
You will operate in a culture strongly influenced by lean principles that encourages continuous improvement and emphasizes delivering value.
Requirements
You are driven by quality—both in code and methodology—and by pragmatic solutions delivered to clients.
You have experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
You are passionate about AI (traditional and generative) and regularly keep up to date with new developments.
You are also open to data engineering: because our clients' needs evolve, you may be asked to take part in project phases where the primary focus is on data.
