Responsibilities
- Design scalable and secure architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Partner with client Solution Architects & IT leaders on enterprise projects
- Balance MVP speed with long-term scalability
- Plan for certifications (ISO 27001), GDPR/CCPA compliance
- Evaluate build vs. buy for AI tools & models
- Define and maintain the technology roadmap
- Develop core platform components (Python: FastAPI, Flask)
- Lead CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud environments
- Design secure APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- Build data pipelines (ingestion, processing, integration with AI)
- Contribute directly to coding and architecture execution
- Drive AI-based marketing solutions (RAG, LangChain, LLM APIs)
- Lead by example with code reviews and contributions
- Establish best practices, modern workflows, and strong engineering culture
Requirements
- Strong experience in cloud architectures, AI integration, and product delivery
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions
- Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, S3/Blob Storage, Airbyte, dbt, Spark
- AI & ML: OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, FAISS, scikit-learn
- Observability & Security: Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, OAuth2/JWT
- Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask), Node.js
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind
- High-level spoken & technical English (daily client interaction required)
