About the role
- Field Supervisor ensuring efficient security operations for United Security at client locations. Conducting inspections, providing leadership and maintaining compliance with protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled visits to assure our security guards are always at their best.
- Make daily inspections of client locations. Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform and following post orders.
- Provide leadership amongst 50+ security guards.
- Ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients.
- Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of security.
- Ensures the efficient, effective, and compliant operations of all designated sites.
- Acts as a readily available resource to clients (Security Staff) in the area of operations.
- Report directly to upper management at United Security Services.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License as well as a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year security experience
- Manager experience preferred.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to quickly assess and handle difficult and hostile situations.
